Robert Winterstein-Kelesoma

Robert Winterstein-Kelesoma is from Sunnydale housing community. He currently co-parents his two-year-old son with his partner. He’s actively looking for employment in the construction industry. With the help of his Phoenix Coach, Ebony Smith, he was referred to our village partner Young Community Developers for an unpaid 12-week environmental technical training program, starting February 5th, 2018.
Robert comes from a family of construction workers and is determined to continue the family trade to support and set an example for his young son. Construction career pathway is one of many goals listed on his Individualized Mobility Roadmap (IMR) for success.
