Phoenix Project Youth Rising – Cece

Cece is our 20-year-old Phoenix participant and resident of our Huntersview Phoenix Site. Additionally, she has completed her life map goal to obtain her certificate with Sephora, a company specializing in cosmetics. Cece was awarded a Phoenix Project reinvestment award for completing her goal. Cece is currently attending Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School and is due to graduate in March of 2024.
